Cookie Policy for Property Follow-Up
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies currently used on propertyfollowup.co.uk. The site uses WordPress website technology and embedded HubSpot forms, but it does not currently run Google Analytics, HubSpot visitor tracking or advertising pixels.
Website operation
WordPress, Astra and Hostinger components deliver the pages, security and normal website functionality.
HubSpot forms
HubSpot forms are embedded on the Contact and Repair Workflow Review pages. HubSpot’s infrastructure may use necessary security and rate-limiting cookies when a form loads.
No analytics or advertising tracking
Google Analytics, HubSpot visitor tracking, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar and advertising or retargeting pixels are not currently active.
No consent banner currently displayed
The site does not currently display a cookie-consent banner because optional analytics and advertising tracking are disabled. This position must be reviewed before any optional tracking is enabled.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on a computer, phone or other device when a website is visited. Websites can also use scripts, pixels, local storage and embedded services to store or access information on a device.
Some technologies are necessary to provide a requested website feature or protect it from abuse. Other technologies measure behaviour, build profiles or support advertising and normally require a separate choice.
What is active on this website
The public website configuration was checked on 12 July 2026. The following website and form technologies were detected.
WordPress, Astra and Hostinger
These services and components deliver the website, load the page design and support security and hosting. No visitor analytics or advertising purpose was detected from the active WordPress and Astra scripts during the check.
HubSpot embedded forms
Contact and Repair Workflow Review forms load from HubSpot’s EU form service at js-eu1.hsforms.net. Form submissions are sent to HubSpot CRM so Property Follow-Up can review and answer the enquiry.
HubSpot and Cloudflare form protection
When an embedded form loads, HubSpot’s content-delivery provider may set necessary cookies used for bot protection, security and rate limiting. These are not used by Property Follow-Up for advertising.
Necessary HubSpot form cookies
Depending on the browser, network request and HubSpot infrastructure used when a form loads, the following necessary cookies may be set on HubSpot or Cloudflare domains:
- __cf_bm: used by HubSpot’s Cloudflare service for bot protection. HubSpot states that it normally expires after 30 minutes.
- __cfuvid: used for rate limiting and distinguishing users who share an IP address. HubSpot describes this as a session cookie.
- __cfruid: used for rate limiting by HubSpot’s content-delivery provider. HubSpot describes this as a session cookie.
These cookies support the security and availability of the form requested by the visitor. The exact cookie set can vary because it is controlled by HubSpot and its delivery provider.
HubSpot forms without visitor tracking
Property Follow-Up currently embeds HubSpot forms, but the separate HubSpot visitor-tracking code was not detected on the website during the configuration check.
This means HubSpot first-party visitor analytics cookies such as hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc are not currently part of the intended website configuration. The policy and consent position must be reviewed if the HubSpot tracking code is installed later.
Information entered into a form is personal information rather than simply cookie data. How form submissions are used is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Tracking tools that are not active
The following technologies were not detected as active on the public website during the 12 July 2026 check:
- Google Analytics or GA4.
- An active Google Tag Manager container.
- HubSpot’s full website visitor-tracking code.
- Meta Pixel or other social-media advertising pixels.
- Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar session-recording tools.
- Advertising, retargeting or cross-site profiling cookies.
A Google Tag Manager DNS prefetch reference exists in the page source, but no Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics script was detected loading. The reference alone does not perform analytics tracking.
Why there is no cookie-consent banner currently
No cookie-consent banner was displayed during the live website check. This matches the current configuration only while the site limits itself to necessary website and form-security technology and keeps optional analytics and advertising tracking disabled.
Before Property Follow-Up enables Google Analytics, HubSpot visitor tracking, advertising pixels, session recording or another optional tracking technology, the site must review the legal basis, update this policy and introduce a consent mechanism where required. Non-exempt technologies must not load before the visitor has made the required choice.
The cookie policy and banner status should be checked again whenever a WordPress plugin, analytics tool, live-chat service, advertising tag or HubSpot tracking feature is added or changed.
How to manage or delete cookies
Most browsers allow visitors to view, block and delete cookies through their privacy or site-data settings. Blocking necessary third-party security cookies may prevent an embedded HubSpot form from loading or submitting correctly.
If the website introduces an on-site consent control in the future, visitors will also be able to use that control to accept, reject or change the optional categories described there.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
Property Follow-Up will update this policy when the website’s active forms, cookie settings, analytics tools or tracking technologies change. The configuration date at the top of the page shows when the public site was last checked.
